Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

TRACKING
Every order ships with full tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you added Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement right away - no forms, no waiting on the carrier. If you didn't add Package Protection, contact us anyway and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
For damaged or defective items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item alongside its original packaging, plus your order number - we'll resolve your case within 24 hours."

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
